Coming Soon...ANGELWACK !!! This new band is really for shits and giggles, but it's serious in that there's a certain "baby boomer" crowd out there that totally wants to hear this stuff. Nobody was doin' it (or nobody was doin' it well), so we decided to give it a try. Born of the Wacker-D'Angelo Acoustic Duo (it's really the acoustic duo gone electric), it features Bruce Wacker (gtr & vox), Deniz Davies (bass), Joe (lead vox & perc.), and Joe's son Johnny on drums. Joe says "we had to bring Johnny in to cover the difficult stuff on drums, I couldn't play and sing Zeppelin tunes from behind the kit and do em' any real justice, so Johnny takes the chair". A lot of Zep, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Stones, Fleetwood Mac, Hendrix, Black Crowes, and Beatles.
WACKER & D'ANGELOGo Acoustic ! This is the one that's got everyone talking lately. There's a thin line between bravery and stupidity and Bruce and Joe walk that line every night they play. It's a "high risk" duo in that they're performing a lot of Zep, Fleetwood Mac, and Neil Young with just guitar, drums and vocals. Their asses are hangin' on the line, but the whole thing sounds pretty damn good. Very, very daring, you never know what they'll take on next. Most songs they shouldn't do....so that's exactly why they do them. This duo was the catalyst for ANGELWACK.
Check Out SOUL CUSTODY ! Alright, now this is a really good band. Great musicians and great vocals. Led by Mike Eli (gtr/vox), it also features Ed Wall (keys/vox), John Bushnell (lead gtr/vox), Barry Cary (bass/vox), and Joe D'Angelo (drums/vox). Really good R&B, Soul, and Rock stuff. Eli has a knack for revamping old Police and Sting songs, and they come out really, really good !!!. Check out www.soulcustody.net
BIGFOOTreleases their debut CD !!!
Finally, after a year of "fartin' around" those spoiled BigFoot dudes finished their first CD entitled BigFoot: Legend Has It... This is great stuff. Kinda sounds like a little bit of Zep,a liitle bit of Rush, a little bit of Sabbath, but with a Pearl Jam-Stone Temple Pilot overtone. It's born of classic rock music with kick-ass guitar riffs, real guitar solos, gutsy vocals with harmonies, all backed up by a very aggressive rhythm section of bass and drums that sounds desparate and dangerous. Keep watch for the CD release party at the famed STONE PONY in Asbury Park, NJ. www.bigfootband.com

Joe can also be seen with Matt O'Ree opening for Dickey Betts from the Starland Ballroom on the song "'Runnin' Home", and yep that's Hal Selzer from Gary U.S. Bonds on bass. And last but not least, watch Joe with Paul Plumeri on the tune "T-Bone Shuffle" also Live from the Conduit. www.youtube.com
